Major Kitchen Remodel
As a result of gutting the kitchen and likely reconfiguring it, this remodel is significantly more. You can expect to spend, on the same 200 square foot kitchen, closer to $65,000 for a mid-range remodel and up to twice that if you were to choose high-end options like cabinet depth refrigerators, high end granite or quartz, and gadget-like trash compactors and ice makers.
