- Lots of rat eaten wires discovered during demo.
- All kitchen wiring updated while walls removed.
- During design, we added a seat with storage under the new, impact grade windows.

- Open up great room to view pool from kitchen
- Different island / counter surfaces
- Walnut butcher block on island and pompeii quartz countertops.
- LED and task lighting for energy efficiency.
- Stacked crown molding, scribed to vaulted ceiling.
