CotY Award 2010: Kitchen
The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) recognizes members each year in their Contractor of the Year (CotY) Awards. In 2010, Jamco Unlimited received first place honors in two categories, Residential Kitchen Under $40,000 and Commercial Specialty. This award-winning kitchen expanded it's usability with the addition of a peninsula. Now, not only is there more cabinet and counter space, there's a breakfast bar seating four. The old soffit was removed so upper cabinets can go all the way to the ceiling, which also increases storage space. A new tile floor was laid which coordinates nicely with the new tile backsplash.
